CLINICAL WORK & EXPERTISE
My formative years began at my beloved international boarding school, Kolej Tuanku Ja’afar where my values of good sportsmanship, helping others and learning to live in a global community were founded.
My journey into the medical world took me halfway around the globe to the University of West Indies, Trinidad and Tobago where I obtained my medical degree before coming to the U.K., doing my houseman years in Norwich. I then proceeded to complete my Basic Surgical Training at Colchester obtaining my Membership of The Royal College of Surgeons prior to starting my specialist training in Radiology in Sheffield, to then obtain my Fellowship of The Royal College of Radiologists.
I then completed my Fellowship in Paediatric Radiology in Canada prior to returning to the U.K. to practice as a Consultant both in the NHS and Private Sector. I am dedicated to improving the lives of children both locally and globally and hope to have a positive impact on their care.
My journey so far has been interesting and varied, with experiences in different countries and regions that have blessed me with lifelong connections that I hold dearly. As I continue to learn, I look forward to future connections and experiences.
